By sponsoring an audioconference, your company's logo will appear in every single email announcing the audioconference (usually 6 emails over a 3-month period), as well as "sponsored by your company" mentioned in the flyer. Depending on what specialties and conferences you choose, that can mean getting your brand exposed to hundreds of thousands of professionals throughout the United States.
Benefits of Bulk Annual Sponsorship Package
We also offer a special bulk annual package for companies whose product and/or services cover most of our categories listed on our website.
All of the Platinum features will apply, and we will create a full page dedicated to your company on our website, on which you can post what ever you choose that is most relevant to your company. (Please note: Marketing cannot be competitive, i.e., no audioconference advertisements. No third party advertisements will be allowed, Google adds, etc.)
We can update your page on a monthly basis so you can change and have specific products advertised on your page relevant to audioconferences you will be sponsoring during that month.
This package will be available for sponsors of a minimum of 30 audioconferences per year. Pricing will be adjusted and will vary depending on how many audioconferences you will be sponsoring for the year.
Your VIP Sponsor page will remain on our site for a period of 3 months after the expiration of your contract. Payment in full will be due on the starting date of the contract.
The base pricing for this package will be: $ 20,000
