100% of the total sponsorship payment is due upon confirmation of the sponsorship.

If paying by check, 100% of the total sponsorship payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

In the event that we must cancel an audio session due to unforeseen circumstances, the sponsor may choose a replacement audio session to sponsor at no additional charge.
